Process Questions
How long does it take to send a fax?
Most faxes are delivered within 1-3 minutes. If the recipient's line is busy, we automatically retry up to 3 times (at 3, 6, and 12 minutes).
What happens if my fax fails to send?
If all 3 automatic retries fail, you pay $0. We'll send you an email explaining why it failed and you can try again if needed.
Can I send multiple documents in one fax?
Yes! You can upload up to 10 files per fax (up to 50 pages total). Each file must be under 20MB. You can combine different formats (PDF, DOCX, TIFF, etc.) in one fax.
Is my document secure during transmission?
Yes. All documents are encrypted during upload and transmission. Files are automatically deleted from our servers after successful delivery. HIPAA mode provides additional security for medical documents.
