Step-by-step guide
Open OneFaxNow on your Samsung Galaxy
Open Samsung Internet (the default browser on your Galaxy) or Chrome and go to OneFaxNow.com. You can also download the OneFaxNow app from Google Play. Both work the same way — the app adds a built-in document scanner and Android share-intent support.
Tap "Send a Fax" to open the fax form. No account creation, no sign-up, no subscription — you go straight to uploading.

Add your document
Tap "Choose Files" to upload from your Samsung Galaxy. You can select:
- PDF — from My Files, Samsung Notes (export as PDF), Google Drive, or email attachments
- Photo — JPG or PNG from your Gallery (Samsung saves photos as JPEG by default — no HEIC issues)
- DOCX / TXT — Word documents or plain text files
Using the app? Tap the camera icon to scan a paper document — it auto-straightens and enhances the image for fax quality. You can also share files directly to OneFaxNow from any app using Android's share menu.

Enter the fax number and your email
Type the recipient's U.S. or Canada fax number. The form auto-formats as you type — just enter the digits.
Enter your email address to receive a delivery confirmation when the fax goes through.
Optional: toggle "Add Cover Page" to include sender and recipient details and a message on the first page of your fax.

Pay and send
Review your fax details — number, email, page count, and price — then tap "Pay & Send".
Pay with Google Pay or Samsung Pay for the fastest checkout, or use a credit or debit card. Your payment is authorized but not charged until the fax is delivered successfully.
Pay-on-success guarantee: If the fax fails after 3 automatic retries, the authorization is released and you're never charged.

Track your delivery
After payment, you'll see a live status page that updates in real time: Sending → Delivered.
- Watch transmission progress live on your Samsung Galaxy
- Automatic retries if the line is busy (up to 3 attempts)
- Email confirmation when delivery is complete

Samsung Galaxy faxing tips
Use Samsung's built-in document scanner
Your Galaxy's Camera app has a hidden document scanner. Point your camera at a document — when yellow borders appear, tap "Tap to scan." It auto-straightens, removes shadows, and saves a clean image. Upload that scan to OneFaxNow.
Share directly from My Files or Gallery
Open a PDF in Samsung My Files or a photo in Gallery, tap Share, and choose OneFaxNow. The file loads straight into the fax form — no downloading or re-uploading needed.
No HEIC headaches
Unlike iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones save photos as JPEG by default. Upload photos directly from your Gallery — no format conversion needed. One less step between you and a sent fax.
Medical or sensitive documents?
Toggle HIPAA mode before sending. You get encrypted transmission, auto-deletion of files, a full audit trail, and an instant BAA — all from your Samsung Galaxy.
